ProgID

Sets the ProgID flag (SECOM supportive utility)

Description

PROGID is a FreeWare tool from GreenHouse.
It allows to set the PROGID flag of a disk file without the need to be the owner of the file.
Command syntax is:
[run] PROIGID [OFF] | -H[ELP]
