MIGSUB2S migrates GUARDIAN security settings into the SAFEGUARD
Subvol equivalent values.
Only files of the user are touched.
To process ALL files, the user has to be SUPER.SUPER.

To set a SUBVOL ACL, the owner as well as GUARDIAN security vectro of
the files in a subvol have to be the same for > 50% of the number of files
in the subvol. All files, NOT matching these restrictions, get a file
ACL set.

Command syntax:

MIGSUB2S [/OUT /] [-H]ELP | [SOWNER ] [DISPLAYONLY]]
